RHI Aluminum LLC – Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

At RHI Aluminum LLC, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the highest level of service to all our clients, we kindly ask that any changes to your scheduled appointment be made with sufficient notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least one (1) full business day prior to your scheduled time.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
Failure to cancel or reschedule at least one business day in advance will result in the following fees:

$100.00 for missed installation appointments
$40.00 for missed measurements or consultations

These fees help cover the time and resources allocated to your appointment.
